Owen Vaughan
Owen is our Head Chef here at the Fanny Talbot.
Having previously worked with the SYD team at the very start of his career, it is a pleasure to welcome him back after a number of years working in some of the best kitchens in North Wales. Most recently he has been head chef at the two rosette Penmaenuchaf Hall, and been a finalist on Master Chef The Professionals.
Apart from his love of food, Owen is a keen footballer and family man.

Guests can choose which evening meal they would prefer at the time of booking/at their table but the whole table must have the same Menu.
Please note that the Tasting Menu has a last sitting of 7.45. Our fabulous Two Course Evening Meal is £50.00pp and our Three Course Meal is £60.00pp. Our unique Taster Menu is £80.00pp for 6 courses.
